The Modern Form is the manufacturing company for a variety of proprietary product lines. We specialize in designing, manufacturing and marketing items that are fun and creative. Printing, thermoforming and laser-cutting are our primary processes. We create many "girl goodies" such as purses and jewelry. Each are unique or made in very small batches. We take pride in all that we do.
